With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Ruben Hernandez Siragusa (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Hernandez and Aida Siragusa. He is survived by: his wife Elsa; his children, Ruby Hernandez (Russell) and Ruben Hernandez (Sheneka); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Elijah, Jayden and Mateo; his brother Dr. Sigfredo; and his sister-in-law Jan Hernandez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the West Harpeth Funeral Home (6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Nashville Rescue Mission (https://nashvillerescuemission.org) and Faith Engaged in Fairview, TN.
