She was predeceased by: her husband Isaac Henry Mills, Sr.; her parents, Albert E. Regg, Sr. and Viola Regg (Toots); and her siblings, Albert Regg, Jr., Mary Evelyn Regg Binkley and Sara Elizabeth Regg.
She is survived by: her children, Ike Mills and Lee Ann Whitworth (Mills); her grandchildren, Brandon Eley, Ann Katherine Taylor (Eley), Emma Mills and Adam Mills; her great grandchildren, Henry Vaughn Taylor, Lucy Katherine Taylor and Josey Lee Taylor; and her sister Sherrie Regg Everett.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home - Nashville Chapel (2707 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
