He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lamb Biggs and Sandra Jean Turner Doty; and his siblings, Donna Biggs and Rodney Biggs. He is survived by: his stepfather Blair Doty; and his brothers, Michael Biggs (Teresa) and Edward Biggs (Kim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
