She is survived by: her children, Cindy McCormick (Rickey), Amy Neely Bozzelli and Dana Clark (David); her grandchildren, Colt McCormick, Cale McCormick, Brittney Kurdy, Kayla Neely, Tyler Neely, Taryn Neely, Christen Smith, Matthew Clark, Ryan Bozzelli and Heather Bozzelli; and her great grandchildren, Kourtney Smith, Katelynn Smith, Brooklyn Bozzelli, Raylan Bozzelli, Nova Turner and Myles Turner.
