She was predeceased by: her husband James Wylie Brewer, Sr.; her parents, William Martin and Penny Martin; her siblings, Arlene Escue, William "Billy Jr" Martin, Vernon Martin, Charles Martin, Elizabeth Keller and Carlton Martin; and her grandson Timothy Earl Brewer, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Christy Brown and Timothy Brewer (Wanda); her grandchildren, Brandi, Zachary, Jacob, Jessica, Desmaray and Rebecca; and her brother Douglas Martin. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home (2707 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
