With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mona Louise Smith of Lyles, Tennessee, born in Lima, Ohio, whose life came to an end on July 8, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Miller and Betty Jacobs Hilty; and her son Timothy Rinehart. She is survived by: her husband Don Smith; her children, Michael Rinehart (Karen), Cristina McCoy (Stephen), Denise McCoy (Tony), Don Smith (Susan), Daryl Smith, Linc Smith (Tracie), Vernon Smith (Jana) and Samantha Rinehart; her grandchildren, Marie Smith (Adam), Justin Smith, Amanda Smith, Luke Rinehart (Arianna), Austin Smith, Sydney Uhl (Matt), Rachel Rinehart, Rebecca Rinehart, Hunter McCoy, Josh Rinehart, Wyatt Smith, Paige McCoy and Sienna Rinehart; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Smith, Alora Rinehart, Stuart Smith and Archer Rinehart; her siblings, Melvin Miller (Jean) and Janet Foor (Larry); and her sister-in-law Brenda Hensley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Cremation Center (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221). A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
