He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hampton and Frances Lackey; and his brother Kenneth Wayne Lackey. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Lackey; his children, Jan Cagle (James), Robin Williams (Mike) and Karen Lackey; his stepchildren, Annette Raymer (David) and Nathan Bass (Kristi); his grandchildren, Taylor Cagle, Kyle Williams, Kailey Williams, Brooke Michael (Brandon), Jacob Bass (Lauren) and Rebekah Bass; his great grandchild Emery Bass; and his sisters, Judy Huddleston and Linda Elder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, The Gideon's International or a charity of your choice.
