He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Sue Coles; his parents, Jesse Eugene Coles Sr. and Teddie Wilson Coles; and his brothers, Jesse E. Coles Jr. "Pete", Elbert Coles, Carl Hall, Robert Hall, Alvin Coles and Marion Coles.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marye Helen Minor (Danny) and Patrice Coles; his granddaughters, Kristen Eady (Jeff) and Nicole Bastin (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Reagan, Savannah and Gabe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Et Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
