He was predeceased by : his parents, Wade Birdwell and Nina Birdwell. He is survived by : his wife Nell; his siblings, Carolyn Allen and Terry; his children, Kevin Birdwell (Sherry), Lauren Merchant (Travis) and Sarah Moody (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Braden Birdwell (Jaycie Birdwell), Brooke Birdwell, Brett Birdwell, Garrett Merchant, Nolan Merchant, Jessica Merchant, Willow Moody and Rosemary Moody. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
