With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terri Downing Trichel of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Humboldt, Tennessee, who passed away on November 4, 2025 at the age of 63. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terri Downing Trichel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Trimmer Downing and Duane Downing. She is survived by: her husband Scott Trichel; her children, Tiffany Trichel Bolton (Shannon) of Provencal, LA, Nick Trichel (Shayne) of League City, TX, Emma Trichel of Nashville, TN and Caroline Trichel of Nashville, TN; her brother Gregg Downing of New Orleans, LA; her grandchildren, Dayton Trichel (Rachael), Ella Jones, Skylar Bolton, Maegan Bolton, Waylon Bolton and Madi Trichel; and her sibling's children, Vin Downing and Presley Downing. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 3400 E Mitchell St, Humboldt, TN 38343. A burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to a cancer organization of one's choosing.
