It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Louise Chandler of Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolen Skinner and Lottie Elen Noe Skinner; and her brother Joe Chandler. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Morris (Ray) and Mark Williams (Stacy); her grandchildren, Melissa Miller (Dan), Matthew Williams (Lauren) and Brandon Williams (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Caleb, Alissa, Elizabeth, Chloe, Nik, Daniella, Evan, Emma Kate, Sutton and Crew.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Una Church of Christ (1917 Old Murfreesboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37217). Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thelma's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105 and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, The Martin Distribution Center, 331 Great Circle Road, Nashville, Tennessee, 37228.
