We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2020, at the age of 80, Charles Oxier (New Johnsonville, Tennessee), born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles Oxier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles W. Oxier and Wilma Waugh Oxier; his son Charles L. Oxier; and his brother Don Waugh. He is survived by : his wife Dean Oxier; his siblings, Dave Oxier (Debbie), Carol Sherwood of Columbus, OH and Judith David; his great-niece Sue Engle; and also, Colt and Gracie.
