He is survived by : his wife Jessica Leigh Black; his parents, Donna Vineyard (Steve) and Dennis Black (Linda); his children, Drew Myatt, Dylan Myatt and Cheyanne Leigh Black; his grandson Kyler Jacob Myatt; his siblings, Kimberly Mosley, Ryan Black, Gregory Fisher (Kayla), Christopher Vineyard and Keala Vineyard; and his grandparents, Jean Dotson, O'Neal and Rita Vineyard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
