It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Joyce Hughey Forrest of New Johnsonville, Tennessee, born in Waverly, Tennessee, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Johnny Forrest; her parents, Lloyd Hughey and Emma Hughey; and her siblings, Debbie Hughey and Delmas Hughey.

She is survived by : her children, Randy Forrest (Linda) of Kingston Springs, Karen Nanney of Franklin, Robin Forrest (Tammy) of Lebanon, Don Forrest (Angela) of Lebanon, Kristi Cooke (Tim) of Chattanooga and Celeste Black (Jim) of Fayetteville; and her siblings, Bill Hughey of Niagara Falls, NY and Linda Hughey of Nashville. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing are required at the cemetery.
