She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Horace Sanders and Mattie Long McCaig Sanders; her son James David Chambers; her siblings, Herman Rogers Sanders, Carroll Sanders, Myrna Earlene Baker, Noami Faye Sanders and Mattie Charles Buchanan; her great grandchild Benjamin Andrew Wallace; and her son-in-law Gary Randall "Doc" Burks.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Wade Chambers of Jackson, TN, Angela Marie Jenkins of Waverly, TN and Susan Reneé Burks of New Johnsonville, TN.; her brother Delbert L. Sanders (Dianne) of Lobelville, TN.; her granddaughters, Amber Wallace (Ryan) and Christina Jenkins; and her great grandchildren, Evan Raine Wallace and Anna Riley Wallace.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Humphreys County Funeral Home (217 E Main St, Waverly, TN 37185). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
