He is survived by: his siblings, Archie Russell (Kathy) and Carol Brooks (Donnie) of Strawberry Plains; his siblings' children, April Snell (Justin), Casey Brooks and Brandon Russell (Staci) of Knoxville; his great-niece Emilie Snell; and his great-nephews, Joseph, Gus Swearengine and Ethan Russell of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
