He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Rick Barnard and George Cochran; and his great-grandparents, Jack, Ethel Barnard, Lou Barnard, Lloyd Carpenter, Anna Mae Cochran and Dalton Cochran.
He is survived by: his parents, Nick Barnard and Sarah Barnard; his sister Adley Barnard; his grandparents, Angie, Rudy Shockley and Vicky Cochran; his great-grandparent Christine Carpenter; his close friends, Braxton, John and Nathaniel; his aunts and uncles, Christy (Tony Brock), Amy Langley (Jim Day), Richard Cochran (Alicia Cadle) and Ashley Cochran; and his close friend Eddie "Short" Jones.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dogwood Heights Baptist Church (255 Dogwood Heights Dr, Tazewell, TN 37879). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Turner-Pearson Cemetery.
