It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kimberly Darlene Brogan (New Tazewell, Tennessee), who passed away on March 9, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Bud Seal and Evelyn Seal; her nieces and nephews, Mikey Epperson, Nathanael Seal, Deidra Seal and Nikki Brogan; her husband Frankie Brogan; her daughters, Jessica Brogan and Kellie McGinnis (Cody); her grandchild Gracelynn McGinnis; her siblings, Tammy Frank, Sherry Seal (Renea), Dale "Fu" Seal (Angie), Chad Seal (Teresa) and Mandy Baker (Keith); and her sister-in-law Berneda Hounshell. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
