He is survived by: his wife Eva Kiss Lay; his children, Cledith Ray Lay, Jr., Derrick James Lay, Rodney Morin, Keith Schulien, Rebecca Barton, Tina Martin and Holly Lay; his grandchildren, David Chadwell, Jr., Hunter Chadwell, Heather Chadwell, Matthew Chadwell, Lilliaunna Lay, Joshua Lay, Cledith Ray Lay, III, Gage Heatherly, Elijah Lay and Brentlee Lay; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Baird and Carter Chadwell; and his siblings, Drexel Lay, Stanley Lay, Randy Lay, Phyllis Gross, Velma Emmitt and Patricia Hargrave.
