She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Eugene "Gene" Wise; her parents, John Raymond and Anna Rhea Starnes; and her brother Johnny Starnes. She is survived by: her nephew Travis Starnes (Katrina); her sister-in-law Glennita Starnes; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elizabeth Boyette (Robert), Alyssa Davis (Blade), Dakota Starnes (Taylor) and Chaz Starnes; and also Raylee Davis. She is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
