He is survived by: his daughter Dara Hall (Kathy Rines); his mother Juanita Raines; his siblings, James Raines, Ronnie Raines, Donnie Raines (Betty Faye), Geneva Smelcer (Brian) and Shayleen Raines; and his grandchildren, Brock of Newport, Braden of Newport and Bretley Hall of Newport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
