She is survived by: her children, Juanita Speed (late Charlie Speed), Charles "Stu" Smith (Deanna), Barbara Douglas (Dave), Donna Dunham (Dave) and Amanda Smith; her grandchildren, Michelle Brady, Valerie Speed, Pete Hayes, Jennifer Holt (Todd), David Hall, Michael Hayes (Amanda) and Kendra Smith; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Alexis (Jon), Carsyn Brady, Ethan, Gabe Kinsler, Bryson Hayes, Jackson, Anna, Sam Holt, Lexie, Chole Hall, Brayden, Kamryn Hayes, Lane, Kelsey, Keeley Hall, Bentley, Isaiah, Ryder and Brooklyn; her great great grandchild Bowie Blondell; and her sibling's children, Jimmy and Donna Smith (Gary "Pete" Hayes).
