It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Hance (Dandridge, Tennessee), who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Sandford Hance; and his siblings, Helen Edith Gregg and Mevin Richard "Rick" Hance. He is survived by: his mother Edna Mae Hance of Knoxville; and his brothers, Curtis Hance of Knoxville and James Daniel "Danny" Hance (Jennifer). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (2642 US-25W #70, Dandridge, TN 37725).
