He is survived by: his children, Donnie Ray Webb of Newport and Amy Hall of Newport; his siblings, Ronnie Webb (Barbara), Edward Wayne Webb (Susan), Ellen Webb of Newport, Anita Dees of Newport, Diane Valentine (Wayne) of Newport and Brenda Wright (Betty Jane Gregg) of Morristown; his stepfather Charles Mitchell of Newport; and his nephew Dustin Webb of Newport. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
