She was predeceased by: her husband James Gorman; her parents, Paul Rhodes and Mary Rhodes; and her brothers, Paul Rhodes and Johnny Rhodes.
She is survived by: her sons, James Gorman (Nina) of Newport and Jerrod Gorman (Angie) of Newport; her grandchildren, Tracie Gorman, Josh Gorman, Jonathan Gorman and Jacob Gorman (Kayla Shea); and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Gorman, Bryson Gorman, Kailee Gorman, Malorie Gorman, Ayden Sturm and Braydan Sturm. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery (420 Mineral St, Newport, TN 37821-3900).
