He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Baxley of Canton, NC, Danielle Diaz (Corey) of Maggie Valley, NC and Billy Herren (Lacy) of Plant City, FL; his grandchildren, Chase and London Herren; his siblings, David Baxley (Donna) of Cooper City, FL, Charlie Baxley (Louise) of Cameron, NC, Sharon Maddox of Plant City, FL and Sue Daniels (Ken) of Davie, FL; and his close friend Gail Baxley of Canton, NC. He is also survived by his former wife, mother of his children.
