He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Cannon and Pauline Rines Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McCoig Cannon; his daughters, Vicki Locke (Steve), Carolyn Northern (Eddie) and Kimberly Clevenger (Tony); his siblings, Jerry Cannon (Margaret) and Jimmie Lou Taylor (Sonny); and his grandchildren, Jessica Hopkins (Travis), Danielle Trent (Erik), Nick Northern (Bailee) and Brad Bivens. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
