Arthur L. Ghorley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur L. Ghorley (Athens, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arthur L. Ghorley to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his children, Arthur (Anne Harris) and Mama Louise Millsaps. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Ghorley and Sarah Ann Millsaps; his wife Mary Ghorley; his children, Jenny Ghorley Johnson, Misty Ghorley and Alan Ghorley; and his grandson Garett Ghorley. He is also survived by four sisters and three brothers, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (2101 US-11, Niota, TN 37826). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
