He is survived by : his wife Sandra Johnson; his children, Ashley Johnson and Duane Johnson, Jr.; his grandson Cannon Curtis; his parents, Ralph Jenkins and Barbara Jenkins; his siblings, Paul Jenkins, Penny Rainey (Ken), Melanie Newberrey and Tracie Lee Jenkins; and his parents-in-law, Charlie and Lucille Grigsby Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
