He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis Foxall; his children, James Foxall, III (Beth), Lynn Gray (Raymond), John Garner (Shay) and Paula Eason (Ronnie); and his siblings, Judy Summarell (Larry) and Joe Foxall (Elaine). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
