He was predeceased by : his wife Shirley Hunt Osbourn; and his siblings, Betty Reagan, Jeff and Pat Osbourn. He is survived by : his sons, Christopher Osbourn (Emily) and Andrew Osbourn (Rachael); his grandchildren, Sydney, Jackson and Noah Osbourn; and his sisters, Helen King, Fran Brown and Mary Valla.

“Joe will be greatly missed here in our community at Bent Creek. He was someone we all looked up to and loved his stories of days gone by. I never heard a bad word said about Joe. He was just a good guy! The world needs more like him. In spite of complaining about his health issues, he was always independent and strong. He inspired me! Rest in peace, Joe.
