He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Ragsdale and Judy Scott Ragsdale; his children, Noah James Ragsdale, Addy Marie Ragsdale and Emma Madison Ragsdale; his siblings, Andrew Travis Ragsdale, Billie Jean Stem (Dwight) and Rhoda Michelle Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Deanna, Joseph, Jacob, Jhon, Jessie Stem and Jayden Anderson.
