The passing of Lorraine Anne Bieniek of Oak Ridge, Tennessee leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 6, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Silas and Mary Josephine Donoughe (McCloskey); and her husband Walter Bieniek. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Bieniek (Mary) of Saxton, Christopher Powell (Virginia) of Fairfax and Janet (David Zakrzwski) of Oak Ridge, TN; her grandchildren, Halee Bieniek, Joseph, Erin and Michael Powell; and her brother Jack (Shirley Donoughe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (623 E 3rd St, Bellwood, PA 16617).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Blair/Clearfield Association for the Blind and Visually impaired (2612 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602) and St. Vincent DePaul Family Soup Kitchen (2201 Union Ave., Altoona, PA 16601).
