He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Hicks and Alva Hicks; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Mike, Jon, Robby, Laura, Kathy (Jeff), Mary Ann (Ed), Liz (Jeff), Susie, Danny (Kelly) and Sarah; his grandchildren, Alesha, Ryan, Morgan, Ben, Nick, Drew, Charlie, Lauren, Callie, Emily and Walker; and his siblings, Mary Nelle (Alvin) and Tom.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (327 Vermont Ave, Oak Ridge, TN 37830). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Grandview Memorial Gardens (219 Longmire Rd, Clinton, TN 37716).
