He is survived by: his wife Patsy Barker (Ballinger); his sons, Randall Barker (Jean) of Bristol, TN and Russell Barker of Union City; his grandchildren, Randi Beard, Patrick Latham, Riley Barker and Sam Barker (Lauren); and his great grandchild Wyatt Beard.
