He was predeceased by: his parents, William Horace and Ellen Cutler (Wright); and his sister Shirley Fox. He is survived by: his wife Betty Cutler (Canady) of Obion; his daughters, Renee Webber (Russ) of Obion and Ann Hime (W. T.) of Rives; and his siblings, Dorothy Brown of Memphis and William Horace Cutler, Jr. (Chip) of Obion. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
