He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leonard Hall and Helen May Lyle Hall; his wives, Shirley Holland Hall and Ann Cortez; his siblings, Pearl Fussell, Bonnie Mae Hall Minnick, Donnie Hall and Ivey Leonard Hall; and his stepchildren, Vicky Sanford, Beverly Sanford, Kathy Sanford and Steven Sanford.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Hall of Finley, TN, Benny Hall of Bogota, TN, Marshall Hall of Bogota, TN, Elvis Hall of Jasper, AL and Cheri Marie Allen of Newbern, TN; his close friend Brenda Morgan of Obion, TN; and his stepsons, David Cortez and Kenny Sanford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
