She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Warren. She is survived by: her children, Debra Ann Warren (Tom Reed) and Michael Warren; her grandson Michael Horlacher (Tammie); her great grandchild Johnston Roy Horlacher; and her sisters, Barbara Shaw (Eddie) and Margie DeWoody (George).
