She was predeceased by : her parents, Luther B. Layne and Dessie Crawford; and her husband J. C. Smartt. She is survived by : her son Jerry Smartt (Debbie) of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Alethea Smartt of Galapagos and Emily Corbin of Springfield, TN; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Grant Corbin and Tanner Bryce Corbin. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
