Betty Ray Coltharp Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ray Coltharp (Old Hickory, Tennessee), who passed away on February 7, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Jake and Corean Ray; and her siblings, Russell Ray, Horace Ray, Herman E. Ray Sr., James Carlton Ray, Pauline Welck, Margaret Norman and Beverly Taylor.
She is survived by: her sister Joanne Christy (Larry); her sons, Wilson Paul "Chip" Coltharp (Lynn) of Crosby, TX and Robert Lee Coltharp (Jena) of Shreveport, LA; her grandson Chad Coltharp of Crosby, TX; her stepgranddaughter Casandra Hicks (Jonathen); and her great grandchildren, Jonathen and McKenzie. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to The Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort.
