He was predeceased by: his parents, George Campbell and Etta Mai Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Campbell; his children, Keena Mason (James), Kip Campbell (Debbi), Kim Hamsley (Steve) and Mike Campbell (Jayde); and his grandchildren, Angela Buchanan, Buck Mason, Jess Nixon, Kelsea Campbell, Chad Hamsley, Chase Hamsley and Aria Campbell. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
