She was predeceased by: her parent W. P. Peek; her husband John Whitney Evans, III; her daughter Ginny Holmberg; and her stepdaughter Amy Adele Foster. She is survived by: her son-in-law Marc Holmberg of Las Vegas, NV; and her stepdaughter Jeanie Fowles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
