We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021, at the age of 84, Carolyn Fay Clement Moore of Old Hickory, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Alden Clement and Louise Lindsey Clement; her son Michael Edward Moore; and her close friend Mary Louise. She is survived by: her husband Billy D. Moore; her children, Amy Moore, Anita Puckett (Keith), Ken Moore and Johnny Moore; and her friends, Paula Boatman Murray, Dot and Larry Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
