He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Crouch. He is survived by: his children, Glenn Crouch (Amy) and Scott Crouch; and his grandchildren, Madison Queener (Casey), Cassidy Crouch, Lindsay Mulron and Colin Mulron. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and good friends.
