He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Fowler and Alma Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Reba Siske Fowler; his children, David C. Fowler and Lori Sharp; his brother Bobby J. Fowler (Martha); his grandson Cory Sharp (Rachel); and his great grandchild Fisher Sharp.
