He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Spencer and Ethel Vineyard Spencer; and his wife Margaret Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Spencer (Cherry) and Richard Spencer; his grandchildren, Charles Spencer (Katherine), Stephanie Conway (Wade), Amanda Tidwell (Robert) and Wesley Spencer (Britni); his great grandchildren, Nora Kate Spencer, Tillman Spencer, Aubrey Conway, Aiden Conway, Olivia Tidwell and Amelia Tidwell; and his brother-in-law Harold Wright (Carol). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
