He is survived by: his wife Elsie Criswell Oakley; his children, Jeff Oakley (Vicky), Marty Oakley (Tammy) and Monica Fox (Don); his grandchildren, Erin Elise Finney (Matt), Emily Jean Whitaker (Micah), Blake Owen Oakley (Andrea), Derek Scott Oakley (Ashley), Mary Emily Fox Beard (Steven) and Kirsten Nicole Fox; his great grandchildren, Grey Owen Oakley, Annie Beth Whitaker, Claire Elise Finney, Beckham Oakley Beard, Porter Scott Oakley, Everly Jean Finney, Jack Charles Whitaker, Ava June Beard and Palmer Marie Oakley; his sisters, Ramona Gossett, Linda Sue Arnold (Bill) and Helen Hager (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Anne Oakley, Mary Oakley and Beverly Oakley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
