He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ramsey; his children, Ricky Ramsey (Eunice), Charles Keith Ramsey (April), Brenda George (Kennie) and Pam Cashman (Jamey); his siblings, Jimmy Ramsey, Jessie Christian and Jean George; and his grandchildren, Amber Hall, Mathew George, Adam Warden, Tracy Webb, Andrea Ladd, Blakely Allmon and Trey Cioccia. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
