He is survived by: his wife Amanda Hewitt; his daughter Ruby Courtenay Hewitt; his mother Linda Taylor (Redmond); his parents-in-law, Peggy Olivier (Elliott) and Rick Taylor (Carol); his brothers-in-law, Courtenay Taylor (Amy) and William Taylor; and his sister Kelly Davenport (Brett). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of family & friends.
