He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Choate and Vetrice Choate. He is survived by: his siblings, Bennie Mac Choate (Norma) and Bettye; his siblings' children, Monica Summers (Jeff), Lisa Talley, Heather Batchelor (Mike), Holly Schauer (Aaron), Danette Hartsock, Ken Hartsock (Ginger), Brett Batchelor, Blake Batchelor, Henry Summers, Katie Mckenzie (Josh), Matthew Schauer, David Schauer, Ethan Talley, Taygen Hartsock and Meryt Hartsock; and also Kash. He is also survived by friend and adored his nieces and nephews.
